Muay Thai Four-Session Intensive Training Class

Sweat it out and push your limits at Youth Link · Nam Cheong! Led by a professional coach, this four-session course develops striking, kicking, footwork and defence, with pad work and core conditioning to build endurance, confidence and discipline. 

Event Highlights

• Stance, footwork, punch-kick combinations and defensive techniques 
• Warm-ups, cardiovascular conditioning and core strength training 
• Pad work and combination drills 

Registration

A deposit of HKD 500 is required upon registration. The deposit will be refunded within three weeks after the participant attends all sessions and submits the questionnaire within three days of the course's conclusion. If attendance is below 100%, the deposit will be forfeited.
