Youth Link is a key initiative under the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's Youth Development Blueprint. Established by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau in 2023, it brings together energetic, diverse and competitive young people who are committed to active participation in community building. The Youth Link offers members a wide range of activities and events to develop their talents and contribute to society.

“Youth Link・ Nam Cheong” set up by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, is a physical interactive platform for Youth Link members located at the Nam Cheong District Community Centre and the adjacent temporary Tung Chau Street Temporary Market.

The first and second phases of facilities at Youth Link · Nam Cheong are now in operation. An array of activities—including workshops, cultural events, volunteering opportunities, and exchange programmes—is offered to support Youth Link members in enhancing their skills, exploring future pathways, fostering positive thinking, and broadening their horizons and social networks.

The third phase is expected to be put into service by the end of 2026.

BECOME A MEMBER

The Youth Link is specifically designed for young people aged between 12 and 39. Participants of various youth development programmes / activities organised or funded by the Government are welcome to register as Youth Link members through the "HKYouth+" App. Youth Link members can enjoy the facilities and participate in activities at “Youth Link · Nam Cheong”.
